In Help Contents Tab go to "Presentations & Drawings - Menu Reference - Drawings - Menus - File" 2. Compare order of Headings (New ... Open ...) with order of Items in Menu: Templates is still listed at it's old menu place Below "Properties", but should be below "Wizards" where you find it in Menu Operating System: Windows 7 Version: 4.2.4.2 release
