example of document with graphic objects and image

Problem description:
When selecting multiple graphic objects with 'shift' pressed selection disappears.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Draw some graphic objects (squares, lines, etc)
2. Press 'Enter', 'Enter', 'Enter' ...
3. Insert an image from file under graphic objects
4. Try to select graphic object obe by one with 'shift' pressed.

Current behavior: when selecting drawn objects with 'shift' pressed an image selected unexpectedly.

Expected behavior: adding 2-nd, 3-rd objects to current selection.

Operating System: Windows 8
Version: 4.2.4.2 release

Confirmed in Linux Mint in 3.3.0, 4.2.4 and 4.3 beta. When attempting to click the second graphic object while holding on shift, the selection jumps to the image and deselect the first selection.

I cannot reproduce it in my own 4.3.5.0.0+ Windows build. Isn't it a duplicate of bug 37960?

@Andras
No, this bug is different. It's about selecting Image(s) and Drawing(s) object(s) together.

So user is unable to select image(s) and drawing(s) with shift+click or Select tool rectangle for grouping or aligning.

You can try to draw something in MS Word 2003+, insert an image with Drawing Canvas and try to group these objects. MS Word allows user to select images and drawings together with mouse or <Shift>, but LibO does not.

If you can please fix this bug too.

It's a more general thing:
Multiple images can't be selected with shift+click (bug 34442)
much less to be grouped (bug 34438)

Looking at Gleb's bug description, it seems indeed to be a duplicate of bug 37960.
