Load the attached presentation in both PPT and LibreOffice Impress.

Notice the defaultTextStyle from presentation.xml is not having the required effect on the shape text.

    </a:defPPr>
    <a:lvl1pPr algn="ctr" rtl="0" eaLnBrk="0" fontAlgn="base" hangingPunct="0">

the algn="ctr" here doesn't do what it should :-)
