Currently Comments in Writer do support only a few formatting features: Font, font size, bold, italics, underline, text alignment (align, centered, justified).

Most of the expected formatting options are not supported: 
* Bullet point lists, identation, font color, highlighting, background colour,...
* Inserting table, inserting image, inserting drawing objects,....

Please allow complex/rich text formatting for Writer comments.
