problem with printing

Dear after the last update there is a problem with printing on sheets of other than A4 format. I'm using pre-printed forms A6, which is printed using the resulting document in LibreOffice Writer for Kyocera laser printer P2135d, using the manual feeder. So far, no problem leaving print on the form., But after the last update LibreOffice document is printed in such a way that the first page of the document is printed correctly while on the other is changed to horizontal orientation and print format probably goes back to the A4. If you are interested in switching sending picture described the problem.

I am running Fedora 20
Operating System: Fedora
Version: 4.2.5.2 release
Last worked in: 4.2.4.2 release

What about when you print to file instead of printing to printer. Is the PDF output the same incorrect behavior?

Addresses on Envelops will print horizontally instead of in the proper vertical positions on a Cannon MP280 printer. Other programs such as Windows Reader will print correctly on this printer.

status NEW according to confirmation in previous comment.
I'd like to know if the issue is still reproducible in LibO 5.2.4.2.

Is this still an issue with current LibreOffice versions? If so, can you please attach the PPD file from /etc/cups/ppd/<NAME_OF_YOUR_PRINTER>.ppd ?
