Created attachment 104483 [details] another page is open with the existing page when we click new Hi actually i just compared libreoffice spreed sheet with windows excel . 1.In windows when we open a page and we did not did any modification . 2.And again if we click new page means the existing document is showing . 3.But in libreoffice if we click spreed sheet means another sheet is opening. 4.This problem is because there is no new option in libreoffice. 5.And if we did not did any modification or work existing document must be there with out any change

I think it behaves like what is expected. New blank spreadsheet will be opened if we do: File > New > Spreadsheet. And old/existing spreadsheet still opened, but focus will be switched to the new one. @raj, could you explain more clearly what is the problem?
Hi, I tried to reproduce: - open a new spreadsheet, it's named Untitled 1 - don't add anything - File > new > spreadsheet, it opens an Untitled 2 spreadsheet that have the focus. Is that what you mean? As Christian, I think it's the expected behavior. What are you missing/expecting? Thanks. Set on Needinfo - Sophie
