File save not saving date and time adjustments for columns.
A date column is saved as a date, but the format is gone. It was dd MMM yy
A time column is saved as a time, but the format is gone. It was hh:mm 
They are saved, but in another format. I have the problem on more PC''s, 32 bit, 64bit, win 7, win 8.
Please correct.

Hello.. I can't reproduce with LO 4.3.1.2 - Ubuntu 12.04 x86

Please provide exact reproducible steps to see that problem. What languange you're using to format the column/cell?

Have you tried resetting user profile? https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile

Then please change status to UNCONFIRMED after you provide all answers

Hi again.. Thanks for the attachment, I saw the bug. Formatting in empty cells not retained after filesave as xlsx. But it's been reported before in Bug 71897.
