Test case

Open the attached XLSX. 
Cell B3 has data validation with criteria A3:A5.
Everthing works fine, the drop-down button on B3 shows 1, 2 and 100.
Now, save as ODS. Reload, the drop-down button on B3 shows #REF!

Seems to be related to relative vs absolute reference. Using $A$3:$A$5 in the XLSX works fine.

Tested on 4.1.x and 4.2.6

Seems to be fixed in 4.3.1.2.
Closing the bug.

If a commit is not know, then it's not Fixed, but WorksForMe.
