Created attachment 106498 [details] A spreadsheet which is set to *not* display zeroes... Printing Sheet 2 shows the zeroes which makes the printout more "busy". Problem description: I set viewing to not display zeroes in a spreadsheet, but when I print the spreadsheet, the zeroes are there? Is that a bug/feature? I don't think that it is consistent with the viewing zeroes option. Steps to reproduce: 1. .... 2. .... 3. .... Current behavior: Expected behavior: Operating System: Ubuntu Version: 4.2.6.2 release
Hi Brad, display is a different action than print. Sometimes you want zero value to be displayed for calculation but not for printing or the contrary. To obtain what you want go under Format > Page, and under the last tab Sheet, uncheck Zero value in Print area. I close this one as Not a bug. Sophie
