Whenever I add an image bigger than 5 MB in LibreOffice Impress it won't get saved, it should resize the picture instead of just "deleting it"

(In reply to comment #1) > pl[e]ase upload test file Unfortunately I'm not sure that Bugzilla can handle an attachment that big, but we can probably find just the thing we want over at Wikicommons (appropriately-licensed, and relatively likely to stay at the same URL for a while, too! :-) (In reply to comment #0) > Whenever I add an image bigger than 5 MB in LibreOffice Impress it won't get > saved, it should resize the picture instead of just "deleting it" Here's a 5.4MB PNG file from Wikicommons that should serve our needs nicely: https://upload.wikimedia.org/wikipedia/commons/4/4c/Lastman_Haman.png REPRO STEPS: - Start Impress and create new presentation - On the first slide, do: Insert -> Image -> From file -> Lastman_Haman.png - Save file as Haman.odp - Close LO - Open Haman.odp RESULT: - TESTING with LO 4.3.2.2 + Ubuntu 14.04, image is still present in file So, NO REPRO of OP's results. Andres: If you can reproduce the problem with our latest release (https://www.libreoffice.org/download/), please change the status back to 'UNCONFIRMED' and tell us your OS and any other relevant information. Thanks! Status -> RESOLVED WORKSFORME
