Description ronevedm 2014-10-07 13:54:04 UTC
Sometimes or the first time, When I sort in Calc : I must wait and Libreoffice close. Ubuntu say : "fatal error". I start the recovery but my work is lost, I must begin my work again. If I record often, I lost less data.

I'm sorry but I'm nul in english.

Hello @ronevedm@free.fr,

Thank you for reporting the bug. To be certain the reported issue is not related to corruption in the user profile, could you rename this LibreOffice user directory ( see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Default_location or http://ask.libreoffice.org/en/question/903/where-are-the-libreoffice-data-profile-files/ ) and re-test?

I re-test with Default Profile. The bug is the same.

Could you try getting debug information of the crash?

You can run a debug build. This doesn't need installing, but unpacked it is 6 GB: http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/daily/master/Linux-rpm_deb-x86_64@46-TDF-dbg/

Run in the terminal from the program-folder using the command ./soffice
It outputs debug data to the terminal window and you can then copy the part that appears after the crash it and paste here. Or create a text file and attach it, if there is a lot of text.
