Steps:
1) Open attachment 107496 [details]
2) Notice that the title of the document is 'Untitled 1' rather than the actual filename
3) Close
4) Document isnt listed in start center

version can't be "inherited from OOo" since there's no start center list in OOo
changed version to 4.2.6.2

I set it to OOo as its not listed in the recent documents in 3.3.0.

Hi Jay,

This is a template with a wrong extension (try to unzip it, and look at the "mimetype" file), and templates are not supposed to be shown in the recent list. And that the reason the title is "Untitled 1", because your'e actually starting a new document based on this template.
