Description makitso 2014-10-18 15:09:24 UTC
Problem is with Ubuntu 14.04 64bit version, can not duplicate on Win7 64 bit version. Can not duplication with 32 bit version of Ubuntu.
Same problem with 4.2.6.3 version as with 4.3.2.2.

The problem is with selecting a cell with Cut and then pasting it into multiple cells.

Say you have the values 1 2 3 4 5 in cells D3, D4, D5, D6 and D7.
Then you place the cursor in cell E3 and enter =C3. Then you select E3 cut and paste the value into E4 through E7.

I can cut and paste without problem (Lo 4.2.6, Linux), please specify where exactly is problem.
Comment 2 makitso 2014-10-18 20:06:09 UTC
I am sorry, but i have explained it as best i can with an example. The problem exists on several different 14.04 64 bit systems.
Comment 3 makitso 2014-10-18 21:09:42 UTC
The test scenario is to copy a formulae, in one cell to multiple cells. After doing it once or twice something changes and then it works correctly.
Comment 4 sophie 2014-10-21 08:42:24 UTC
Hi, I can't reproduce either, I've followed your test case and can past the formula through the range of cells with no problem. I'm running Ubuntu 14.04 x64 and tried with 4.2.6.3 and 4.3.2.2. Left as unconfirmed - Sophie
