Description snettlet 2014-10-21 02:46:18 UTC
Libreoffice: Version: 4.3.2.2.0+ Build ID: 430m0(Build:2)
JRE: 1.8.0_40
OS: Suse 13.2 64bit

Issues:
1. Existing tables with data are shown empty. Similarly for Queries on these tables. Newly added tables show with data.
2. Forms on existing and new tables do not show data and have no Navigation boxes.
3. Reports on existing tables produce the error message: The document "xyz" could not be opened. Can not activate the factory for org.libreoffice.report.pentaho.SOReportJobFactory$_SOReportJobFactory because java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/apache/commons/logging/LogFactory

The following can be done:
1. View the first record of an existing table in a form if open form in design view, open form properties data tab, and click design view off. However there is no record Navigation.
2. Add new data to an existing table through a LibreOffice Basic macro and see the data using 1 (above).

Unsuccessfully tried:
1. Changing JRE to 1.7.0_65 - result is same
2. Removing libreoffice-kde4
3. Opening LibreOffice from shell (no errors reported to shell)

No other apparent issues with LibreOffice or Suse.

Please let me know if I can provide more information. Hope you can help.
Stuart

This is a bug tracker not a support forum. I'm not having any issues like you described with Version: 4.3.2.2 under Ubuntu 14.10.

Please try resetting your profile.

If that doesn't work, try testing from live boot Linux CD. If after that, you still think you've found a bug and it's not a configuration issue, reopen this report with sample file and clear steps to reproduce.
