Please do not restore unsaved documents with no text in it. Steps to reproduce 1) Open LibreOffice writer 2) Kill it with your task manager 3) Start LibreOffice writer again 4) It will prompt you to restore the document, even though it does not contain any text
Only partly reproducible with LO 4.3.3.2 (Win 8.1). It is not always reproducible. You have to try it several times, because the recovery does not always occur, maybe in only 1 of 5 attempts. Steps done: 1. Open any LO component like WRITER or CALC 2. Don't do anything in LO 3. Immediately terminate LO with the Windows Task Manager
I am using Manjaro Linux, and it always occurs whenever I kill LibreOffice.

Immediately terminate LO with the Windows Task Manager taskkill /F /IM soffice.bin always triggers the behaviour like described in the first message: it tries to restore the empty document (and succeeds at it). Please, do not attempt this as there is no reason to do so. It's just annoying.
