Created attachment 109426 [details] Example File If you move an image with the mouse within a table, the anchor for this image jumps to wrong positions. In order to reproduce this bug open the attached example file and follow the instructions within this document. My system: Win 7, LO version 4.3.3.2 release.
Hi Harald, Thanks for the report. What I see, is that first the anchor moves to column one, but then if you move the image a bit further, the anchor comes in the expected cell. Both in 4.3.3.2 and 3.3.3 on Linux. Do you see the same? Cheers, Cor
Hi Cor, thanks for testing. Yes, I see the same. I wrote the report because on the german user mailing list, a user complaints, that the anchor is jumping around, even if he sometimes only moves the image just 1 mm and he is always chasing his images and anchors. In the moment I do not know if the described behaviour of this report is the (only) reason for his complaints. And of course this behaviour can be avoided if you know what happens. But I can imagine that a user is irritated if an anchor jumps to an unexpected cell. Me too it took me some time to understand what happens.
Thanks for explaining Harald. I think we can't keep this issue open for a 'user complaining about anchors jumping around'. I close as notabug. Might there be a real use-case/example, then lets reopen. OK? Cheers, Cor
better resolve as WorksForMe. I can't really confirm the jumping to the wrong cell - with normal use
