Steps:
1) Open attachment 109823 [details] (its page 3 of attachment 69995 [details])
2) Notice that the location of the 3 images and compare it with MS Word
3) LibO 4.4 vs Word 2010 - attachment 109824 [details]

Confirmed in 3.5.7 and master.

You get a spectacular reorder by:
Right click on the left picture > Image > Wrap
Uncheck Contour

Thanks Jacques for tracking that down as i thought it wasnt related to the contour issue, which i've already filed in bug 86540. So maybe this can be just closed, as the contour is the issue.

Let's reopen this, as the referenced bugs are closed, and the issue still exists in LO 26.2.0.0.alpha0+ (8ea8e254a3151f5390f3a10ff156fcaf8e7c5d5c) / Windows.
