xlsx file that causes libreoffice spreadsheet to hang when opened

This particular XLSX file causes libreoffice 4.4.0.0 beta1 to hang when opened.
File opens fine in excel 2013/online excel web app.

This file is actually the business outlet pricelist direct from HP business outlet sales rep.

I uninstalled and reinstalled LibreOffice 4.4 dev using daily current and it works fine now.
