Created attachment 110776 [details]
test.ods: original file. test.png: screenshot of the expected behavior. test2.ods: file after step #6

Problem description:
Document elements missing after opening.

Steps to reproduce:
1. generate an XY diagram
2. double click the diagramm, and add a rectangle drawing
3. save the spreadsheet
4. close LibreOffice
5. open LibreOffice and the spreadsheet
6. save the spreadsheet under a new name

Current behavior:
after step #5 the rectangle is not displayed (OpenOffice 4.0.0 displays it).
after step #6 the rectangle is not displayed even in OpenOffice 4.0.0.

Expected behavior:
Displaying the rectangle in any case and do not omit it during save operation.

reproducible under Win8.1 x64 using LO 4.2.6.2
not reproducible using LO 4.3.4.2

hence the bug is fixed in recent 4.3.x release.

I set status to RESOLVED WORKSFORME and I suggest you to upgrade to this version.

I meant 4.3.4.1 since 4.3.4.2 doeas not exist
Comment 3 Marcus Nemes 2014-12-15 16:02:37 UTC
LO 4.3.4.1 works as expected (under Win7 32 bit), so I close this issue. Thanks for the support.

Ok but the correct status is WORKSFORME since we don't know the exact committ which fixed it.
