Hi, Autorecovery does not work no unsaved work returns.... its very critical and observed that while working on two or more .ods file Libre office crashes and does not recover any unsaved data. Steps taken: 1) Reinstalled Libre office. 2) Set autorecovery option to every 5 mins. 3) Kept under observation. Observed that the file again crashed today when we tried to recover the file no data/information recovered(last worked). Windows 7 Version: 4.3.4.1 Regards, SriJanani
Same thing happened here.
:( How do we fix this? Any workarounds to fix the same. Thank You, Regards, SriJanani
I can not confirm with LO 4.3.5, win7 Tried following - set autorecovery to every 1 minute (auto-save file unchecked) - calc -> new file -> wrote some text - wait 2 minutes - killed soffice through task manager - start LO, recovery dialog - message "recovery failed", but LO offered save file - file saved;opened, text is here -> no bug

It said that when I tried to recover it and failed, but I can't find it.

Win 7 64-bit 4.3.5.2
I really suspect that this is just user error (no offense of course). I cannot reproduce the issue either. I suggest asking on ask.libreoffice.org to find out if another user can direct you on how to use auto-recovery correctly. As three QA people were unable to confirm with the given steps marking as WORKSFORME. Tested on: Ubuntu 14.04 x64 LibreOffice 4.3.5.2 release
