XLS file to reproduce the bug

Steps to reproduce:
- open attached XLS file: column A contains constants, while columns B and C contain simple formulas (e.g. C9 = C8+A9,  B10 = C9+1)

What happens:
- all cells in column B display value 1

What should happen:
- cells in column B should have various values

Notes:
- cells are correctly recalculated when you press F9
- English is not my language, I can not explain more precisely, but example is self explanatory

You are aware of the setting Tools > Options > Calc > Formula ..Recalculate when loading a file ?

Yes, I am. This setting is set to always recalculate, both for Excel 2007+ and non-LibreOffice generated ODF files.

LibreOffice version: 5.0.0.5
OS: Linux Mint 17.2

Could not reproduce with 5.1.2.1

Until the original reporter posts it is an issue with 5.x series, I close this bug.
