2 test tables and content disappear

Hello,
at the moment i am very very angry, so please excuse me here.
I wanted to translate a old document in a new language and figured out i could restructure the document with some tables to avoid tabs.

i created like 3 tables and everything was fine. but then i created a 4th table without any realtion to the other and it got all screwed up. i am so angry right now because i wanted to finish this document in less than 2 hours and now i am stucked there and hang in a bugreport and beat my keyboard because this is not working.

I created another table to figure out if something was wrong there. but the same problem appear.

i would add more screenshots but this bugzilla dont show me how.
another thing to get angy about.

i know the tool is for free and i am thankful that it is existing, but what the hell!

the content of the table just get cut at half and i can not figure out why. if i move the row the whole row disappear. its very frustrating and i am about to throw the computer out of the window.

When i had the problem the first time, the next two pages of my whole document just disappear like all the work is gone. but i figured out that its not gone its just not showing up. its somewhere hidden. after restart libre it appear again but table issue remain.

grrrrrrr

regards.
frustrated user.

@libreuser : you've reported this behaviour against LO 4242 which is now pretty old.

Our first advice is usually to update your version of LibreOffice, and try again with one of the latest available versions.

If the bug is still present, please provide detailed step for step instructions as to how you are proceeding, what you are expecting and what you get instead.

Hello,
First of all about the update.
you are right i should do that.
The only reason i didnt do that yet was because i didnt use my ubuntu system for a long time and when i started using it again i tried to update it but something went wrong. the system it self is rather instable and another update won't success. for example i have a german keyboard and a german setup but it still englisch when i write. but that not your problem. i just tried to explain why i didnt update yet.

I figured out there is a hidden Format in the document which most likely causeing the issue. i can not figure out why it is there.

i think this issue is not a bug but the behaviour of tables are not how i as a user would expect it. it seems that table can go over the border of the document or break in line, which then produce weird results. it seems like they are floating object which i have to get used to. not how i would expect it.

I think you can close this bug or leave it for me when i found a solution.
i am sorry about it and appreciate your fast responds.
I try to figure out what is screwing my table and let you know.

Hello again,
I have figured it out.
There was a old section hidden on the document from a picture.
I removed the picture but the section remained.
It was hidden and covered every other item on the page.
Therefore it seemed like it cut my table in the middle.

Sorry for my rage you can close this bug now.

You might could make those sections more obviouse but oh well.
thank you all.
