The lifebouy and tooltip icons that appear when one presses F1 or calls up the built in help are disproportionately sized and look ugly.

This is a regression over the previous production release.

Yup, icons resized too large -- either need to be redrawn, or revert the scale factor.

Attached clip, same text from 4.3.6.2 on left 4.4.0.3 on right.
