Choose Insert-Image menu, choose image file 3. Right click on image 4. Context menu contains untranslatable submenus Rotate Image Arrange Aligment 5. Submenu "Rotate Image" contains two untranslatable items Rotate 90° Left Rotate 90° Right

Thes strings are translated in Slovenian build. They use their own translation framework, not Pootle. So translation is definiately enabled for these strings. Either pot files in Pootle, or translations should be updated.
