i recently made a presentation document in LO & save it in pptx format (don't want to save in other format which ms office support)  to provide compatibility with ms office.. but all bullets & Numbering are looking bad & mismanaged.. plz atleast ensure the compatibility of the documents with ms office & other popular office suites. 

Also i can't find a way to reverse order Numbering/ custom order Numbering system. in which i can change any middle number & all number following it will follow according to that.increment or decrement option should be available..

Thank you very much for your bug report.

It is reproducible with LO 4.4.0.3, Win 8.1, but I mark it as Resolved / Duplicate, because this was also covered in Bug 77881.  If you think it is not the same, please reopen it.

Regarding your second mentioned issue please open a separate Enhancement Request.
