FORMATTING, FILESAVE

I've only tested with a PNG (Alpha PNGA) and JPEG

There also seems to be a long delay in bringing up a tiny image in the preview window too

Steps to bring about the error:
1. Format >> Page >> Header (tab) >> More.. (button) >> Background >> Graphic
2. Select image
3. Ok, Ok
4. Do a print preview to check it's there
5. Save document and exit
6. Open document
7. Do a print preview and you'll see it's missing
8. Format >> Page >> Header (tab) >> More.. (button) >> Background and you'll see it's back to color

Sometimes it'll crash when clicking 'Format >> Page'.
Crash throws up this error at random, most of the time it's a silent crash:
Unknown SEH Exception

Confirmed using bibisect 44max - same cause as bug 89245
