Customize icon size abnormal

The icon size is normal before closing the application.
But after restarting the application, the icon size shrink.
As seen in the picture, the icon image is partially cropped as compared to the default icon on the right side.

What font size is specified in the Windows settings?
Comment 3 fredericklee3210 2015-03-24 18:35:32 UTC
Oh, that may be my problem of using a custom windows theme
Here is the Windows Display Settings:
title bar font 10, bar size 21
menu font 9, menu size 19
message font 9

I later found that with small icon size, it is normal.
The problem is in the automatic size. I tried other icon styles (Tango Style and a few others) to test it but they had the same problem.
