Now in LO 4.4. there are 7 Tools-Customize-Toolbar items from Edit category related to Paste, but there's no "PasteLink". Please add UNO and also keyboard shortcut key and toolbar icon.
The option to "Paste Link" is provided in the .uno:InsertContents paste special dialog, so the toolbar button should be disabled if its not possible to paste in this manner.
