In the range e19..e46 format is numeric -1234.12. Any integer is diplayed as eg 3.00 except 5, which is displayed as 0.21 (rounded), and takes that value in calculation. As far as I can tell all other numbers, integer and decimal are correctly displayed and used.

Typing 5 and resulting in 0.21 is cause by "AutoInput".
If I write 5 and look at the cell before pressing Enter, I saw the suggestion 5:00.
Hitting enter accept the suggestion. (5 hours is 0.21 day)

Normaly "AutoInput" don't work with numeric values but only strings.
Here AutoInput suggest 5:00 because cell C14 (containing 5:00) is formatted as text (@).

IMHO, this is not a bug.
I let this Unconfirmed for other opinion.

After delete cell C14 I can write 5 without problem, autoinput issue. Closing as notabug
