File that looks ok on Windows but not on Linux

I have a document that was edited many times on Linux (Ubuntu 12 and now 14).

I had to give the document to a colleague to edit it on Windows and since then, the file works ok on Windows but on Linux the layout is completely broken. The number of pages inflate from 90 to 150+ and there are lots of half broken pages without header.

The file is attached (after I mangled the content).

Both Linux and Windows versions are 4.4.1.2

This runaway reformatting occurs all the way back to LO 3.3.0

I tested with 6.3+. Both Win and Lin 89 pages.
Probably fixed long time ago. I close as WFM.
If someone test differently, please explain.
