Select and move a cell

Clicking and dragging on cells has two different outcomes:

 - Replacing the selection with a new selection
 - Moving the cells in the current selection to a new location

Excel differentiates these two actions by showing a different cursor before you click. Please see the attached video which illustrates how difficult it is to find the pixel necessary to move the cell.

Hello,
in LO you can drag and drop selection inside area, you doesn't need grab borders of area.
