I can not get the minus currency entries to register in red. I have entered that to be done from formate Cells to the entire column. I can delete and renter and then the red appears. If I copy and past from a download it does not appear red ( it does appear as a negative imput

When you copy from the web the copied table will contain formatting. To get rid of the formatting: 1) paste it into an empty table 2) select all, press Ctrl + M (or Format → Clear direct formatting) 3) copy it where you need it Closing this as invalid although there should be better option than this or "Unformatted text" in "Paste special".
