No problem with LO 4.0.1.2

Hi @bugs, thanks for reporting.

Reproducible.
Win7x64Ultimate
Version: 4.4.2.2 Build ID: c4c7d32d0d49397cad38d62472b0bc8acff48dd6
Comment 3 Matthew Francis 2015-04-04 16:09:19 UTC
On the basis that the reporter does not experience the issue on LO 4.0.1.2, adding Keywords: regression

I don't see any problem opening the file on Linux or OSX with LO 4.4.2.2, so this may be a genuinely Windows specific issue
Comment 4 Urmas 2015-06-22 15:27:48 UTC
This bug prevents the usage of LO for document conversion on Windows.
