The feature Tools - Options - LibreOffice - Load/Save - Microsoft Office - Character Background has no help page. 

Steps to reproduce:

1) Tools - Options- LibreOffice - Load/Save - Microsoft Office - Character Background
2) click the "Highlighting" or "Shading" radiobuttons
3) click the help button

Tested on:
* Version: 4.5.0.0.alpha0+
