Effect options dialog where we can't set duration in seconds

Since 4.2 we can't set a custom animation duration in seconds in the effect options box. In previous versions, it was possible (for example) to enter 30 for an animation speed in the second tab. It worked and that animation lasted 30 seconds.
Now we can only set up 5 animation speeds, so we can't create a chronometer (in a diapo) inside LibreOffice Impress. Note that the ODF format supports entirely custom duration (in seconds) for animations.

Since 4.2, in the same tab of the effect options box, we cannot set a custom number of repetitions for an animation (like 6 or 8 for example).

I would like these two settings were possible in the next LibreOffice Impress versions, like it was before 4.2 when the custom animation panel change.

This picture shows that an animation duration is set in seconds in the content.xml contained in an ODP file. It will be useful if this value was editable directly from LibreOffice (for each animation).

For me this looks like a good enhancement.
But I don't know if this was already possible in LO 4.2.

I remember that it was possible in LO 4.1.6 but not in LO 4.2.1 and newer versions (In fact I didn't use versions (strictly) between 4.1.6 and 4.2.1, but I know the problem appeared when the custom animation panel change).
I also remember that a file saved with LO 4.1.6 or Openoffice which contains animation with custom duration (30s) was correctly displayed (in diaporama) in LO 4.2.1 (but the speed field was empty, we can't set another speed than the 5 default speed in the UI).

This works now (moved to sidebar), although there are other input bugs: bug 116658
