how it looks after step 10

Steps:
1) Open Calc
2) Click on F7
3) Press the freeze pane button in the toolbar
4) Notice that the selection around F7 is gray
5) Click on H12
6) Press the freeze pane button in the toolbar to unfreeze
7) Notice that the selection on H12 has disappeared
8) Click on F7
9) Press freeze pane toolbar button
10) Notice that selection is in H12 except for drag square which is still in F7

Still reproducible in LO 7.6.1.2 on Arch Linux.

A few addition notes: 
Between step 4 and step 5, select I12:J13 and copy (so there will be dashed lines around the cells), then in step 7, you will find the dashed lines appearing at wrong position. If you close LO Calc at this time, a SEGMENTATION FAULT crash will occur.
