I have download master~2015-04-19_06.58.05_LibreOfficeDev_5.0.0.0.alpha0_Win_x86_en-US_de_ar_ja_ru_qtz.msi
and installed.

But I cannot start it. I get the error
Die Anwendung kann nicht gestartet werden.
service not supplied: loading component library

I have brought the problem to the developers via IRC.

It is a problem with the new merging of dlls, which is done on the tinderbox Win-x86@62-merge-TDF.
The installation set from http://dev-builds.libreoffice.org/pre-releases/win/x86/nomergelibs/ works.

Putting as blocker even if it concerns only Windows since LO is completely unuseable.
