Palette in Center of Screen

LibreOffice 4.4.2.1
Ubuntu 15.04 + KDE: KDE is required to reproduce this bug.

Steps: Push on the down arrow next to font color or background color


Observed: Palette shows up in center of screen instead of near arrow.

Expected: Color palette show up near palette.

LibreOffice 3.3

Cannot reproduce with 3.3 so it's a regression. Upping to medium, adding regression to keyword and requesting a bibisect.
