Steps:
1) Open Calc
2) Enable the 'Apply Style' drop down in the formatting toolbar
3) Open drop down and text in the style previews will be smaller than if applied

Reproduced.
Had to right-click the toolbar and go to Visible buttons.

As of 6.1.4.2, Calc Styles and Formatting (F11) does not show previews, even if Show Previews is checked.

I noticed when both Calc and Writer sidebar Styles decks are open, style preview display of both decks follow behavior of the module with focus. When Writer has focus, Calc Styles with the same style name display as in Writer Styles deck. The opposite happens when Calc has focus.

I can confirm it's still not performing according to expectations.
I am also minded to note that the multibox at the foot of the page refused to display anything but "default" for [Applied Styles]. I subsequently installed the extension "Styles Reporter" which upon activation, also appeared to remediate the missing "applied styles".

My post in AskLib contains confirmation from another user that the error was apparent for him also. Please advise if you would like me to remove the extension and re-test prior to filing a further report - which should probably still define the anomaly but offer a workaround

Sorry, I omitted the most pertinent piece of information - the missing applied styles were in relation to styles that were only applied within conditional formatting elements
