Created attachment 115304 [details] jpg screen snipping In Libreoff CALC, using "drived function creation", right clicking on any function type it shows the same help: "Returns the date and time on the basis ...." (see attachment).
I can't reproduce this because I don't even get the tooltip when right clicking. How do you get it?

I know how to open function wizard but don't get this tooltip. Right clicking on a function doesn't make any tooltip appear in a rectangle for me. Sorry, I can't help here, certainly someone else would know how to reproduce this.
Errata corrige: Uncorrectly I wrote right clicking. Left or right or simply pointing to, all is the same.
Lo 4.4.2, win7 / left or right clicking on function in function wizard - no tooltip appear.
(In reply to Julien Nabet from comment #1) >How do you get it? Tools > Options > General, check "Extended tips". I can reproduce with 4.3.5. Clicking on a function show a tooltip with short help. Clicking on another function doesn't change tooltip.
Thank you Gérard for your feedback. I think having already tested this and I still failed to reproduce this. I'll give a new try after my daytime work.

Now, after updating to LO 4.4.3.2, the problem is same, but in order to see the tooltip I have to check both "Suggerimenti" and "Guida attiva" ("Tips" and "Extended tips")on Tools > Options > General
