The same result as @Andy. About 1), if the issue is about they are not sorted, maybe this set up the max-min for the range not to be the first the minimum and the last the maximum. About 2), there is an option in Distribution for uniform integer, that gives all integers. Maybe the reason for doesn't allow 0 decimal places.
