I show an error translation in the help (both internet and offline): "https://help.libreoffice.org/Calc/Applying_Conditional_Formatting" at "Step 5: Copy Cell Style" "To apply the conditional formatting to other cells later: 1.Click one of the cells that has been assigned conditional formatting. ...... " has been incorrectly translated in the italian version: "1.Fate clic su una delle celle a cui deve essere applicata la formattazione condizionata." The correct translation is: "1.Fate clic su una delle celle a cui รจ stata applicata la formattazione condizionata."
http://opengrok.libreoffice.org/xref/translations/source/it/helpcontent2/source/text/scalc/guide.po#2925 shows it's still the same in po file. Valter: one for you?
I will check and correct.
Correction done for 4.3, 4.4 and master in Pootle.
I cannot download the offline version as garr.it is not replying, but the online text is already uncorrected.
After downloading LibreOffice_4.4.3_Win_x86_helppack_it I confirm: NO correction.
This is because git should update against translated packages in Pootle. Will check with PICs.
any news about it, Valter?
I confirm the changes has been done one month ago, they usually will spread once a new version of the program will be released. Maybe Christian (in copy) could help us to understand why not it happened. :)
sorry, I don't understand your question. You notice a bug in Version A, then fix the stuff in pootle, and when you test Version A again you're surprised that the same error is there? Time travel is considered too risky, that's why we cannot fix stuff in already released versions of LibreOffice... Reason why it was (and still is ) in 4.3 and 4.4.3 is just that the string was like that in pootle at the time when the export was done. In the meantime, the 4-4 branch as well as the 5-0 branch have the corrected string, so I'd consider this fixed/works-for-me So check with 4.4.*4* (rc3 is current at this point of time), and not with 4.4.3 (that, as mentioned just was created before the fix was done in pootle)

Sorry, I don't understand to whom it is your comment, my last dates back to May 17, today is June 29. I think that no one can claim the fix of an already released version (but look at the comment #3 of May 16). Nevertheless, the above is not true for the online help (internet): there, today, the help is still not corrected, you want to check?
The fact is that tommy27 has reopened this bug. From my side it is closed, because I corrected the errors indicated in all versions available. The online help "takes" the strings from GIT, afaik, so maybe we have to check with the website team in order to solve the remaining issue. So, better to close it after having corrected also the online help. Brdgs, Valter
I fixed at https://help.libreoffice.org/4.3/Calc/Applying_Conditional_Formatting/it#Passaggio_5:_copiare_lo_stile_di_cella https://help.libreoffice.org/4.4/Calc/Applying_Conditional_Formatting/it#Passaggio_5:_copiare_lo_stile_di_cella https://help.libreoffice.org/Calc/Applying_Conditional_Formatting/it#Passaggio_5:_copiare_lo_stile_di_cella Please check it, then close this bug.
thanks Andras. it's fixed now in the online help. any idea why the change Valter did weeks ago did not automatically go online?
It seems OK for me too, thanks.

Hi, as explained by Christian: "Online-Help won't be updated for single bugfixes - for that the process is too hefty. But when the online-help is updated, you can expect the same translation as in the then-current release (in other words: same as in the just released 4.4.4) Translations for online-help are not taken from pootle, but from the sourcecode used to build LO, thus they match the release builds." Thank to All for the feedback

After that, no further alert and, looking at "?-->verify updates" I see what in the attachment (look at). What are you telling me?
P.S. in the screenshot you see "LO 4.4 is updated", and that means in Italian Language "NO need to look for and download any new.
