buttons

These buttons don't do anything, but they should change the list of spreadsheet I guess

Hi

These buttons are used to scroll through the tabs, not to change sheet. When all the tabs are visible, no scrolling is required.

This is not a bug. A request for improvement would be to disable the buttons in this case (still allowing the selection by right click).
