Description jlbraga 2015-05-26 13:15:38 UTC
Lately, I noticed that when I use the Arial font and I underline it, whenever I write a word that finishes with an "r", that same "r" half disappears from the right side when I write the comma (",") next to it. And I guess it's not the only letter this happens to...

It only happens when I write the "r", and then select it and click the underline option. I have Windows 7.

I can not confirm with LO 4.4.3, win7. What is your version of LO?

not reproducible using LibO 4.4.3.2 under Win8x64

does this happens at any font size?
did you try resetting the user profile?

No, but I remember that in the early days of LibreOffice, I posted that I found the same problem with the "cut" letters when I was writing in italic, and it was corrected. Perhaps it's now corrected in the new version. I guess I have to try it. Oh, by the way, I use the European Portuguese version of LibreOffice, I don't know if that matters...

so retest with latest LibO 4.4.5.2 or 5.0.2.2 releases with a clean new profile and tell if issue persists.
