Please attach the blank document that you tried to open. Also please provide information about what kind of device you are using. Setting to NEEDINFO - once you provide the needed info please set to UNCONFIRMED. Thanks

Thanks I am using a Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1. I created the empty file with AndroOpenOffice and put it in a folder caked Documents at the root directory of my device.
