On the snapshot, you can see the font size of the bullets after import. Older LO imports the document with font Times New Romans size 10 for the bullet whereas LO4.2 and older import it as font Times New Roman size 2. The WinWord reports the bullet font as Arial with size 10. The main problem is the size!
