Reproducible with LO 4.4.3.2, Win 8.1. Does anybody know whether this behaviour is desired? I mark it as New, because I don't know why the arrow should not be available. If this understanding is not correct, please correct.

Behavior is similar in LO 6.4+. In Calc we have arrow with Unformatted text. When image is already copied on clipboard, paste that would paste image name. Minor at best.
