1) Drag-select the image. (Specifically, while dragging down 
to the libra writer.)

Actual Results:Image doesn't gets loaded. 

Expected Results: Image should be loaded.

Does toggling View -> Images fix it for you?

Set to NEEDINFO.

Please give a try to a recent LO version. Indeed, last stable one is 5.0.5 and even brand new 5.1.1
Also, you can try to rename your LO directory profile (see https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile#Windows)?

Meanwhile, let's decrease the importance of this one, since:
- it's not a crash
- not reproduced by someone
- seems to concerns only Winx86
