File that can't be opened

An RTF file with several tables is getting totally scrambled when I open it in Writer.  I've attached a sample file.

Yep, compared with Word viewer. In LibO the text has escaped the table and it has 10 pages instead of 1.

Tried a few files with Version: 5.2.3.3 on Windows 10 and they seem to work.

Confirmed attachment 116390 [details] is now on 1 page instead of 10.
