Description Joe Nahmias 2015-06-16 22:35:03 UTC
When you have a spreadsheet with filtered data in multiple columns and you try to copy and paste data from non-consecutive columns, Calc pastes in all the data -- even the non-visible / filtered data.

spreadsheet to demonstrate problem
Comment 2 Joe Nahmias 2015-06-16 22:40:14 UTC
Steps to reproduce:

1 - Open the attached spreadsheet bug92125-Test_Case.xlsx
2 - Filter column A so that only rows with Good are showing
3 - Highlight columns A & C (excluding B) using ctrl-click on the column headers
4 - Copy
5 - Open new worksheet (or workbook for that matter)
6 - Paste
7 - notice that the BAD rows that were filtered out / invisible on the original sheet have magically appeared on the new sheet
Comment 3 Joe Nahmias 2015-06-16 22:45:26 UTC
Note that in the example if you include column B (Junk), then Calc will correctly only copy/paste the visible (selected for) rows.

There is an extension to do it.

But doesn't work with paste special transpose.
